Fdéric Ballart

Frédéric, French photographer, was born in an artistic universe with his mother being a painter, he realized his first photos at the age of 11.
Self-taught, Frédéric began to create his universe, being widely inspired by the world of painting to which he remains closely connected.

Frédéric travels to an enormous extent, he photographs places and incredible characters
that he has the opportunity to visit or to meet throughout the world.
He refines his style due to a perpetual desire to ever-improve.
Today, in spite of a trump card represented by digital technology and
computing tools, Frédéric refrains to either optimize or retouch his
images.
He devotes his work within photographic tradition and reproduces
highly technical and aesthetic effects manually.
Frédéric uniquely employs digital formats, without further treatments
nor retouching.

Very opaque, his photos are realized with poetry,
with tenderness and a Zen spirit.

Frédéric exhibits regularly in France under the pseudonym : " Freb ",
Recently in Beijing and China.
